New traffic exchanges are launched almost daily now.  There are a couple of reasons for me to promote a new exchange before it has a track record.

1)  I personally know the owner and know they are going to stand behind their service.

2) I have personally been in contact with the owner and am impressed

This new exchange falls under the second reason.

There is a new javascript-makes-an-iframe attack going on.

This is where some hackers deface sites, adding javascript that makes an iframe; the iframe loads attack scripts
from other servers.  This latest attack is hosted on a server in kazakhstan (rnw.kz).

Guess what?  Some of us are fed up with the hackers, and the impact it has on innocent webmasters. Those things can
get you banned here (temporarily), and get you in trouble with traffic exchanges, and worst of all, Google can
‘flag’ your site as an attack site.
